The Obigo product is a software solution that implements mobile applications optimized for target devices such as feature phones and other platforms with limited resources in terms of RAM, ROM, network capabilities, and user interface.

The Obigo product is generic in the sense that it is independent of both the operating system and the user interface of the target device. It is also independent of the network access being used with the target device, as well as the target device storage where the cached content is stored permanently. Modules of the Obigo prodcut access such functionality through the Host Device Integration API of the Obigo framework (MSF).

One of the benefits of the application framework is a simplified integration process. Once the framework APIs have been integrated in the target environment, the remaining work is limited to porting of Obigo Module-specific APIs (in the cases where such APIs are present). The framework will also give benefits such as easy upgrading. It is simple to add new Obigo modules, since new releases are pre-integrated and based on the already existing framework and services.
